It is a common misperception that bathtub refinishing is just painting. It’s much more than that; Our five-step process strips the old paint, washes the surface with an acid, so that the tub is factory-new, then we apply with our special technique the new paint.
Some of the big disadvantages of trying to do it yourself are that it’s easy to damage the tub, or not totally get the old layer off, and the chemicals can be dangerous.
